Western National Contractors is looking to fill a Corporate Accounts Payable Processor position located in Irvine, CA. Responsibilities are but not limited to:

Processes invoices for various Corporate entities and allocates general bills accordingly
Inputs data into Accounting and Accounts Payable Software
Audits and processes credit card bills submited for payment
Prepares corporate bank deposits
Communicates with vendors to ensure proper handling and payment of invoices

• Maintain high company standards, supplement maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to keep the community in a clean and orderly condition.
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by providing daily attention to the appearance of vacant apartments and common areas.
• Be responsible for the maintenance of various facilities (pools, laundry rooms, barbecues, fixtures, drains, etc.) assigned by the Community Manager.
• Provide assistance to the maintenance and landscape staff when requested.
• Work to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality.
• Remain informed and aware of conditions that could have an impact on our ability to maintain a quality living environment for our residents.

The primary responsibilities of a Service Technician include:

 

• Perform all general apartment and facilities maintenance under minimum supervision in a manner, which insures the preservation of optimum quality and efficient production.
   
• Contribute to the achievement of occupancy goals by effectively performing maintenance tasks, which promote a quality living experience for residents.
   
• Contribute to the achievement of financial goals through high productivity and cost awareness, without compromising quality.
   
• Assist in maintaining inventory and preparation of related paperwork.
   
• Keep storage facilities in an orderly, working condition.
   
• Serve as a resource for management and assist in the development and communication of more efficient methods of maintaining the apartment community.
   
• Participate in after-hours and emergency coverage as assigned by the Service Manager.
   
• Promote positive, proactive resident relations by demonstrating “firm, fair, and consistent” treatment during all resident interactions.
   
• Work to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality.
   
• Facilitate introduction of the resident to company apartment procedures.
   
• Remain informed and aware of conditions that could have an impact on our ability to maintain a quality living environment for our residents.
   
• Perform specific carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, hazardous material abatement, and appliance repairs in accordance with company standards, and in conjunction with management staff.
   
• Complete related paperwork and have good follow through.

Additional Qualifications:
 

• Previous experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing and/or HVAC required.
   
• Basic knowledge of tools and excellent sales and customer service skills required.
   
• Candidate must be computer literate and detail oriented with strong organization skills.
   
• Must have the ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, and management.
   
• Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
   
• Reliable transportation.
   
• English proficiency.
   
• Superior customer service skills.
   
• Ability to work weekends.
