Growing Newport Beach, CA based multifamily real estate Investment Company, seeks an experienced Manager to oversee property management site operations and provide operational leadership as Regional Property Manager. Qualified candidates must have experience in managing multifamily assets and in supervising a team of management/leasing professionals. Yardi experience a plus. The existing portfolio is primarily located in the Southern California, Nevada and Arizona regions. Company is currently experiencing strong growth.

The primary responsibility is to oversee all operational aspects of a multifamily portfolio, including the overall financial and physical operations. The Regional Property Manager will lead the entire management team in day-to-day duties and interact with all departments (Marketing, Accounting, Acquisitions, etc.) and the Executive Office.

We are seeking an individual who will oversee all maintenance operations for our 19 residential communities. The right candidate will have 10 plus years of hands on experience in Maintenance Operations. You will be required to work directly with the COO of the company to increase our net operating income while reducing expenses, create maintenance budgets, be a liaison between our maintenance teams and our vendors, motivate and train maintenance field employees and ensure all our communities are in safety compliance.
 
Position will pay between $65,000 to $70,000 depending on experience and will include; medical, dental, and a 401k option.
